Pricing

Three ways to work with us

There's no price list on this page — cost depends on scope, complexity, and how deep the integration goes. Below is how each engagement model works, and how we get from a call to a number.

Engagement Models

Start here
Automation Audit
A fixed-fee, two-week review that tells you what to build and in what order, before you commit to a build.
  • Full fee credited against a build started within 60 days
  • Process, systems and data review
  • Prioritised opportunity backlog
  • Effort and payback estimate for each opportunity
  • Build-vs-buy call on every item
  • Written roadmap you keep either way
Fixed-Scope Build
A defined build delivered against a written scope, in milestones, with sign-off at each stage.
  • Scope agreed in writing before work starts
  • Delivery broken into milestone deliverables
  • Billed 40% at initiation, 40% at staging, 20% at go-live
  • Acceptance criteria agreed for every milestone
Retained Capacity
Committed engineering hours each month for ongoing iteration, fixes, and new work, without renegotiating scope every time.
  • Committed monthly engineering hours
  • Continuous iteration, not a one-off delivery
  • Unused hours roll over, up to 20% of the month's commitment
  • Three-month minimum term
  • Billed monthly

How pricing is set

Every quote is built from three variables: the scope and complexity of the work, how many systems it needs to integrate with, and the delivery timeline you need. There's no rate card, because no two engagements combine those three the same way.

We quote in EUR for European clients, USD for other international clients, and INR for domestic engagements. The exchange rate is locked at the date of the proposal, the quote is valid for 30 days, and taxes are stated separately from the fee.

What every engagement includes

Written scope before start
Senior engineer on every engagement
Weekly demos
Source and documentation handed over
